On December 17th 2014, Prof. Alina Bârgăoanu, former Rector of the SNSPA, Assoc. Prof. Liliana Popescu, Prorector of the SNSPA, and Prof. Liviu Rotman, Director of the Center for Israeli Studies within the SNSPA have participated in a series of lectures regarding “Israel and the European Union. The Impact of Socio-Economic Policies”, organized by the Israeli Social Enterprise Research Center, within Beit Berl College (Israel) and the Center for Israeli Studies within the SNSPA. The title of their lectures have been: Assoc. Prof. Liliana Popescu - “The EU Enlargement and its Societal Effects on its Neighbors in the East”, Prof. Alina Bârgăoanu - “Advocates or Challengers of Europe - The Case of Romania”, Prof. Liviu Rotman - “Jewish Life in Post-Totalitarian Romania: Is Return to Normalcy Possible?”
